Mario, Emma, Francesca, and the entire family are delightful to have met! This restaurant is a true gem—a delight for the palate, a balm for the soul, and a peaceful respite for the eyes and ears. Quiet, lovely, delicious, and unique. With a weekly, changing menu (created by a very talented young chef), a fantastic farm wine, and alluring scenery to be indulged, this restaurant has quickly taken its place as out local favorite. Truly a precious, unmatched family of talented members...

A farmhouse immersed in a farm of olive trees and vines, with a secret revealed for those who know how to grasp it: Hospitality and excellent cuisine. The management is familiar. Here you are welcomed as friends and accompanied to the places and history of this ancient building. In the kitchen a young Chef (Francesca) freshly revisits some of the typical Sicilian recipes. The quality of the raw material plays an important role in the kitchen and is transformed with imagination into dishes that in their simplicity offer a complex taste. I was struck by the generosity of the whole family which highlights the passion for hospitality. I thank Mr. Fat that allowed us to harvest Organic Apricots. Do not miss to buy the excellent wine that is produced in this farm and the tasty jams.

I immediately start by saying that I am very sorry to give only 3 stars because I could and wanted to give 5. The view is phenomenal the beautiful place but not very well cared for, not if you wanted the unkempt effect but despite being a place in the middle of the green an old farmhouse but there are some precautions that would make it truly unique. I'd start by fixing that a bit. Road after the gate to the cottage, the benches with the branches of the trees all stuck together you cannot sit for a cigarette for a relaxing stop of the old buckets placed at the entrance of the terrace behind some pints in short, small details that would make the difference. owner welcomed us as if we were really guests in his house the terrace was very dull even if I repeat that small tricks would have made it better, such as beautiful flowers, clean curtains on our heads instead of 3 very white and 3 with yellow spots. As for the food .. I loved the appetizers but unfortunately the first ones did not impress me I think the cook still has a little bit to refine but it should be so, then I heard from the owner that the less changes every week so it can be that I have ruined something that is not really his workhorse. The second delicious. The very rejected dessert. It was a kind of very mushy panna cotta with chopped rosemary inside that I had to spit out and then leave it I couldn't eat it .. There are many delicious typical sweets of ours I know that the young cook should study more on this proposal. I hope to return soon and discover other very good dishes like the ones I tasted beyond this little hitch. I believe that both the cook and the estate will grow a lot. Relaxing mid-August with traditional tastes revisited by culinary innovation I put some photos of a place to visit absolutely and I hope to see the little dog Agostino again

I went to this place tonight. Interesting and particular location: a rustic farmhouse surrounded by nature, between fruit trees and vineyards. Those who are from Biancavilla will certainly know the Montalto district, a holiday resort in the white-summer summers of the 90s. Apart from the place, where an atmosphere of absolute peace and relaxation reigns, what is striking is the courtesy of the staff and the goodness of the sought-after dishes. Bundles of taddi, velvety green beans, bruschetta with local white olives, courgette flowers, pasta with sage, lemon zest, almonds and caciocavallo, local meat that is 'squagghia nda ucca' with cherry sauce and biancomanangiare with mulberries (from the farm same). The raw materials are at km 0. The cuisine is traditional and revisited at the same time. Wine extends the life of 15 years. To conclude, visit the cellar and chat with the family who runs the restaurant, which instead bring back at least 30 years back in time. I'll be back.

Magnificent place immersed in an ancient farm with vineyards and other fruit trees on the slopes of Etna with a beautiful view of the valley. Family run. The friendliness and hospitality of all the components is equal to the quality and products of the refined cuisine and respect for tradition. The owner, whom we still thank, has allowed us to collect delicious apricots from a magnificent tree. We will definitely be back
