Buy 4 bottles of Moscato d'Asti from 0,375 L unfortunately at the same price as those from 0,75, I had to be more careful and unfortunately, for an error I exactly sent a muscat from 2013 when the muscat must be drunk within 2 years as written on the bottle of which I attach photos. Reported the catch, however, they were courteous and kind, refunding me the full amount spent.
Highly disappointed. I bought seven bottles of Cervaro 2016, with confirmed order, and I received 4 of 2017 and only 3 in 2016.
I think anyone who knows the importance of selling wine vintages and the differences that exist between one and the other. The lady who responded to my complaints, albeit polite (God forbid), told me that 2016 was .... finished and so another year was sent !!!!!!! She offered to send me a coupon, but perhaps it would have been nicer informareprima and time the customer who may have taken other decisions. I don't think this works well in the world of commerce, especially in the wine world. They lost a customer, perhaps for them will not change anything, but at least others will not happen what happened to me. Seriousness, today as never before, is important
