Re Wind

at 20:02 on 24-October-2020, i placed an order for 1 small margherita pizza. there was one person in front of me in line and one person behind me in line. there were 3 people waiting for pizza, and the order taker took a phone order too. the little shop was getting crowded so i along with most others waited just outside the door in line of sight of staff. my pizza was not ready until 21:08, after every other person before and many after me were served their pizzas. the two staff members in front of the counter and the two staff members behind the counter could clearly see me but never bothered to acknowledge me. like others waiting, i walk inside the shop casually for a minute or two and then out again to gently remind them that we were still waiting. i never raised a fuss, nor confused face, nor word of concern during the long waiting period. instead like others i remained calm. when i finally was told my pizza was ready, at the end of the night, when they were done with everything, i paid, and asked if i had done anything wrong. the staff member said no and just laughed. i ate the pizza outside the shop and while quite edible, it was the worst in a month of having pizza's almost daily at different pizzeria's across the norther coast of sicily. the problem with this shop is that they have no sense or set up of any organization. for example the order taker is not situated behind a counter to clearly write. instead, this person is running around like a chicken with head cut off - answering two phones - one wireless and the other mobile, collecting money for payment, bantering with the cooking staff and even assembling pizza boxes and cutting the pizzas into slices, and then has to go to another counter across the room to charged patrons only after the pizza is served. when the order is taken, no name or number is written on it (a scrap of paper) that is crudely shoved onto the pizza prep area. meanwhile the other staff member in front of the counter is only the waiter for the very very few people that dine in who did nothing to acknowledge those waiting much less help out. the pizza itself was flavorless dough, cheese and scant tomato sauce. the price at € 4.50 is average - no bargain. if the crew had worked together and acknowledged people more and were pleasant, apologetic, humane, it would do a world of good to improve everything, well except the overall taste and quality of the pizza.

After calling and booking the pizzas for 8pm, I leave there after waiting 50 minutes, I arrive home and find the pizzas all burnt, dry and 1 small pizza completely wrong. Small premise the pizza maker in 50min that I was there every 2 pizzas he made 1ne was wrong, and he said to the girl oh well close the carton nothing does. Returning to my pizzas, once I get home I immediately pick up the phone, the girl who puts the pizzas in the box answers me, I tell him that the pizza I had ordered did not fit in anything from the pizza I had, and that I certainly would not have come second time, and instead of apologizing she closes the phone in my face. Vote below ZERO change jobs

I called yesterday for a takeaway and I must say that I have never eaten such a thing. "Pizzas" ordered by 8:30 pm arrived at 9:15 pm totally burnt, dry, without seasoning, very thin and therefore crunchy and overgrown with oregano. We had asked for a bottle of coca cola and they forgot it and did not bring even a receipt / receipt. 1romana, 1 margarita with mushrooms and a mini pizza for the child € 17.00 NEVER AGAIN
