staff is by far the friendliest in town and they seem to try but are very inexperienced in guests who dine in. i ordered grappa because it was the only drink made in sicily on the menu, which seem to confuse the staff. all 3 members came over to my table to discuss it. then the manager came back with an empty water glass and asked if he should fill it half way with grappa. i quoted the price of the grappa as stated on the menu and said to give me that amount. he came back with the glass half full. the pizza was acceptable but too thick and not enough sauce. it could have used olive oil to add flavor and reduce dryness. i left nearly all the grappa in the glass. when the bill came, they charged me for 2 x grappa as quoted on the menu. i paid without protest, but they knew they screwed up. it would be much more helpful if they would have dialogue with guest to best recommend an determine needs. for example when i left I noticed they had just fixed two glasses of aperol spritz - their signiture drink which would have been a better choice with margherita pizza, priced lower than the grappa.

Good pizza even if too salty cooked in a wood oven, the place also offers a variety of really interesting sandwiches. Too bad that the two pizza chefs are really clumsy, they give you a time and they get it wrong by at least 50 minutes. Dead times between one batch and another, while I was waiting they had to throw a pizza because it was overcooked and two fell to the floor while they were putting them in the oven. During the waiting infinity, a lady returned two inedible spleen sandwiches (apparently there was an ingredient that has gone bad). Compliance with the non-existent anti-Covid-19 legislation, the sign on the door said that it was possible to enter one at a time, instead there was a moment when there were at least 8 people inside.

Bad food, but very helpful and nice girl at the cashier. I answer the answer: But what is he saying, what son? I am 20 years old and I came to eat a few weeks ago, he mistook me for another person

According to tradition, arancine and flatbreads, with fennel or parsley or nothing, flawlessly fried are never dripping with oil as often happens in the haste to fry. Arancine also in not only traditional flavors, for me who do not like the change in the kitchen I must say that I was particularly impressed.
