There is a wait time but the pizza is very "unique". I asked and was told that they use a wood fired oven.

One of the best pizzerias in this part of Sicily. The pizza dough is made of original sicilian grains, which makes it taste so good. You have a wide choice of salty and sweet pizzas, so everyone can find something for themself. Pleasant interiors blend perfectly with superkind staff and affordable prices.
