Unique restaurant of its kind. The owners are really nice and nice. It feels like home. In addition, Paolo is a true master of vegan cuisine and I do not ... absolutely recommend .....

Calling it Home Restaurant, in my opinion, is almost an understatement because you would expect the "grandmother's kitchen" and instead you are greeted by a young and refined couple (Paolo and Ingrid) who immerses you in the very suggestive atmosphere of a typical Hyblaean farmhouse where you it seems to dine at a friend's house, but served impeccably, with very refined and carefully presented dishes, which revisit the local culinary traditions in a modern key (for those who also want a vegan or gluten free version). High quality ingredients are used and products coming strictly from the territory or even cultivated by themselves. The service is also elegant, but with a homely touch and between courses, there is just enough time to chat in relax with the other diners. Finally, to really feel at home ... coffee is served at the table directly in the moka that has just been removed from the heat. Obviously, not being a real restaurant, you need to call in advance and agree on a date and menu, but given the excellent quality / price ratio, it is a small effort that is worth doing. An experience that, in my opinion, should not be missed, especially if you are a group of friends or relatives and if you have children in tow, who can move freely here.
