I gave it 3 stars because the pizza was still quite good but the place leaves a lot to be desired, in fact it is difficult to understand where to enter to enter. Apparently this is a place for local villagers only if they are not very interested in taking care of the place, the latter clearly neglected. The main entrance is constantly blocked, it is necessary to enter through the gate where a "guard" every now and then there are a couple of guys sitting at a table in the dim light looking with a face a bit like saying: "But who is this who is entered?" I would say hospitality that leaves a lot to be desired and despite the place being run by a couple of quite smart guys, they are not very inclined to communicate, as if they want to get a few more words out of their mouth. Shyness? Maybe, but it must still be won because when you manage a place you need communication skills and hospitality, in addition to the fact that the place must be seriously fixed and I was quite broken to see buzzing flies and insects of various kinds that obviously created an obvious annoyance. What the heck ... but they think about it? I really do not think so. I believe that the intervention of the good Cannavacciuolo is needed and in these parts he would have a lot to do. Too bad, the raw materials are there, the possibilities as well but the desire to work and the necessary professionalism are missing. So I can't give more than 3 stars and I only do it because the pizza was good enough, otherwise zero.

Excellent place, where I tasted the typical scaccione of Monterosso, very good and well seasoned. I found the staff to be friendly and attentive, the service quick and the prices fair. I advise!!

Excellent pizzeria and restaurant, definitely pizzas at the highest level of goodness for the palate. The place is very beautiful and characteristic. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. The pizza makers, even if they are very capable and professional young people. If you pass by Monterosso Almo a jump to the Casale is a must, you will not be disappointed. Super super recommended!
