Well, I loved this place. Great food, different from the usual pizza. Friendly and competent staff. I highly recommend a night out here.

Pizza ... It's already a compliment. What they sell as a unique experience, of a particular pizza, is actually something far away. We took the takeaway pizzas due to this period of closure and they came with separate base and toppings reduced to pulp in vacuum bags. Objective: to re-build your pizza at home. I did not understand what they expected but if you take the pizza at home you are not going to start turning on the oven to heat the base and in the meantime the mush (aka toppings) are cold, practically frozen. Follow the instructions and you eat something that looks a lot like a fast food product instead of something special. I took the Sea Tartare: red tuna pulped to be combined with a tomato mayonnaise, basil oil and an unknown (inedible) sea plant since the glasswort was supposed to arrive but they didn't have it. Result: ingredients that together cannot stay together that invoke mercy and cover the taste of everything. I don't know what I ate. Here are some photos.

Nice idea that of the gourmet pizza. Well done. Pasta made of two different doughs, one softer and the other crispier. Above the pasta, fresh products of excellent quality. Attentive and courteous service. Beautiful location that allows (in summer) to eat in a citrus garden.

What about a place where you feel at home !! Local with attention to the smallest details, welcoming and professional staff, delicious food and combinations of well-kept ingredients. Also speaking of prices, they reflect the food one eats ... I would only improve the mise en place of the table but otherwise everything at the top !! I will gladly return.

To be avoided at any cost. 35 € for a pizza tasting menu. There were four of us and we took four 4-course tasting menus plus dessert (25 €) on the recommendation of the waiter, plus a bottle of wine. The waiter himself had asked us (ironically, at this point) if we were hungry, inviting us in that case to take the tasting menu. Confusing explanation of the number and type of courses. Two mini-pizzas arrive, a leavened product and a slice of "pinsa" each: totally insufficient quantity, we were all still hungry! Also, the dessert was just a shot with three different flavors of chocolate, totally disappointing and too sugary. The quality of the raw material was certainly there, but you can't pay € 35 for some gourmet pizza and a non-existent cover charge (plastic chairs, paper napkins and table without a tablecloth ... in addition to the numerous mosquitoes). For the sake of completeness, we told the waiter that the portions seemed small to us, but the latter, after reporting it to the chef, told us that the portions of the restaurant were those and that, in case, we could take another pizza home. in a box, but without specifying whether it was an offer to apologize or not. Ultimately, we ate well (except for dessert) but very little, we went out hungry and with the wallet more empty than expected, given that we were in Scicli, where the average price of a restaurant is about 15- € 20. Not even in the big cities those prices are made, we felt cheated, also because, making two calculations, we would have spent much less taking the single pizzas instead of the tasting menu! The rating is 1 star only because I can't give less, otherwise I would.
