What I enjoy the most about this place is the freshness of every plate. Everything from the wine to the pasta is homemade with local products. The three times I have gone to the trattoria (since 2006) I have left completely satisfied. They specialized just in a few plates but with the best quality. Because of this and the familiar attention they offer I give them 5 starts.

Appetizers in the norm; the first: macaroni with pork sauce, it's a pity that they are the usual ones you find in any restaurant because they are not like the homemade ones by hand, while the tagliatelle with mushrooms I found the dated mushrooms fresh but thawed just passable. A note for the very good and pleasant tripe, while the baked goat cooked in the tiles is very tasty and satisfying by 10 and praise! For this it deserves 3 stars.
We go back and come back every year. Unmissable stop if you come here. Unforgettable grilled meat and the flavor of a place from other times. Typical Sicilian atmosphere, very kind staff. And in the end, leave room for their cannoli. You will not regret it.
Cook as if it were at home. Genuine products. The pork sauce is recommended. Unbeatable prices. Excellent hospitality and kindness and .. entertainment ... surprise. A place that, if maintained and updated, would "fly".
