Adjacent to the Capo Rossello lighthouse we will find the Kainon viewpoint, a truly strategic point to admire a 180 ° panorama, to the east the view predominates in the foreground on Scala dei Turchi and to the west an excellent point to admire breathtaking sunsets. Excellent aperitifs and tables used for tastings, but the snacks a bit cold, but in the context my vote is positive. The parking is large even if it is on a dirt road.

This place was recommended to us by the owners of the house where we were staying and I must say thanks to them if we had the chance to know this fantastic place. Of course, you have to go early to find parking and thus be able to appreciate the view, perhaps eating or having a drink on the fantastic terrace at sunset. Very beautifull!!

Beautiful twilight view to share with friends or not. The view of the lighthouse then, after sunset, transforms the location into a very romantic place from which to observe the illuminated Rossello beach and, occasionally, also the Scala dei Turchi, also illuminated. In previous years it was not possible to drive the promontory. For this a shuttle service was available. Lately it is possible to use the car park that is closest to the kainon and it is therefore possible to cover part of the "somewhat tiring" climb by car or motorbike. At the Belvedere there are two refreshment points for aperitifs, cocktails and sandwiches purely with meat. There are chemical toilets.

It is a magical place where you can appreciate the panoramic view of the Scala dei Turchi, Lido Rosello and the pergolas. But I give 2 stars because I had to wait 2 hours !!!! For 4 sandwiches and without too many people; we asked for the fries to help the wait but they were denied because they were unable to make them at that time and forced to wait because you have to pay first. Bad organization and service. Too bad .... and not to mention the completely drunk valet at 9pm ....

Hi, panoramic place to leave you breathless ... spectacular view of Scala dei Turchi but I recommend you to go there on fine days for a wonderful sunset in the sea ... for the food nothing exceptional but for a beer and a sandwich with friends more than well.
