Bad reception, I had called the previous day to book dinner for 20.00 x 8 people, they say "YOU DO NOT NEED TO BOOK THE PLACE THERE". We arrive on Sunday at 7.45 pm and we find 7 reserved tables (still free) and tables all full. We look for our table and we are told that they DO NOT take reservations, that we had to wait for the busy tables to clear. We ask for explanations on the reserved tables and we are told that if we didn't like it we could also leave. We waited a while (given the time that was already 20.30) the owner Benito pressed by others who demanded a place and explanations from the "missed" booking, he begins to scream, offend all of us who were waiting and swearing .. We left disconcerted. I'm sure he kept this attitude because the place was full ... I want to see if he was still in crisis if he allowed himself to treat customers like this. We know the ways of the place (we are cluents despite the fact that we live on the opposite side) .. but to be treated like this is really too much. On my own he lost us as customers ..

Ordered fixed menu with very generous portions but above all fresh and quality fish. The environment is simple and welcoming. We were served by Roberto, a cheerful, funny, nice and very kind person while Benito (the owner) is a very original type, who definitely makes himself heard, but as far as I'm concerned he is very nice and makes the place characteristic. Excellent prices in relation to the quantity and quality of the food. Excellent experience, to be repeated soon!

I state that, the food was super excellent and the staff guys very courteous, but the latter could not finish a job at a table because that vuciazzaro, uneducated and rude owner did nothing but stress them with his constant scoldings to come to the microphone! We could not rest easy, we could not communicate in the same table! The thing that bothered me most was the attitude of Benito, who turned to us customers as if we were rubbish! He did not have the slightest respect for the person in front of him! Swear words, slightly less than courteous attitudes towards children! This really was the height! A place full of children of all ages, has not had a minimum of demeanor in speaking and addressing its customers in purely fluent language! Disgusting from all points of view! I have never known such an arranged and zaurda person as he, and I hope not to know others! First and last time I set foot in this restaurant if we can define it like this! This restaurant is not recommended for everyone!
