A typical family run Italian run pizzeria. However its decor is what sets it apart from other restaurants. It is very modern inside which is great to see. The food is good (we had had better meat elsewhere but the pizza was good) and the service very good - little tiny things they did went above and beyond service in other restaurants. They also say they are pizza all hours which we didn't test but in the off season getting pizza at lunch is rare so would be interested to see if that is indeed true

(English Version) If you come to Pizzo Calabro, this is the best spot in town! My family and I absolutely loved everything about it; the food, the scenery, and the service which is impecible. The staff are prompt, wiling and able to serve you (with a smile as well!). The general manager is more than pleasant and knows how to make you feel at home. And the food, WOW! I am currently writing this review as I dive into the insalata di polpo, awaiting my Antonella pizza (update, get the Antonella and the Viva Napoli pizza!). Try everything on the menu if you can honestly. This place is Calabria! This place is Italy! This is what you need in your life! Thank you for beautiful service and food, grazie mille!

Great location! Easy and convenient to reach especially for those traveling and passing through! Professional and shrewd staff. great service! Overall: elegant and refined. Clean and well-kept place. I haven't tasted the pizza so I can't judge it! Same goes for the meat dishes! As for the quality of the fish: decent but nothing special, if you know a little about the fish market you realize that there are far better levels: in short, I eat better at my grandmother's house! On the quantity also unfortunately they lose some points: miserable appetizers! Average first courses (but here my fault, I could have ordered large portions) What left me most perplexed, however, was the bill! Two mixed seafood appetizers Two first courses A water A house wine A dessert More than 80 euros !! ?? I have to be honest I am a lover of fresh fish and I often eat in places where they prepare fish specialties so I am partly "used" to accounts of this level, even considerably higher but on this occasion I cannot believe I have spent well my money. If the quality had been excellent I would have also been satisfied with the skimpy portions unfortunately this was not the case (maybe I was just unlucky or I am not the kind of customer to devote to with anema and core to put it in their own way) but I DO NOT THINK I will return one second time to find out!
