Luckily we tried Villa Mimosa right at the beginning of our trip to Sicily. Already the menu had a lot of good things to try. But after a little while we also were satisfied with individual creations. We came more than once. I also very much like the desserts I was offered.
Parking on site is possible. In case you do not speak Italian, ask for the chef. He speaks English and also German. You find the gate closed? Call the number on site and make a reservation.
I absolutely recommend you to visit Villa Mimosa.
Very nice people and wonderful local food and wine.

Dinner for 2 with 4 courses of fish.
All delicious starting from the appetizers, up to the semifreddo!
Risotto perhaps one of the best eaten.
