Fairly good piadina, better if not too toasted. To review the consistency of the dough, mine fell apart after a couple of bites. The waiting times are quite long, it is suggested to call to order and be ready after at least half an hour. The only sore point is the type of clientele who frequent this place, I have only seen rough Giurgintani with a beautiful accent marked to frighten any tourist who comes on vacation to discover the historic center of Agrigento. I suggest to the guys behind the counter to smile at new customers and to speak in Italian, speaking in dialect you give the impression of being a place for villagers. You are young and you promise well because your restaurant has good potential for the position, for the prices and the satisfactory quality of the raw materials, but try to project yourself towards a higher level user and product

Absolute disregard of the anti-COVID regulations: the employees all without gloves or masks, including the preparation workers, and there is no booth for customers who find themselves a few centimeters from the orders of others. Too bad because I often went to eat there. Update: with all due respect guys, you would have looked better to admit that you were wrong and that things would have changed, because it was not an isolated case but it has happened every time I have come since you reopened after the lockdown. To be honest, I will definitely come to see you again and I hope I'm wrong, in which case I will update the review again with the score you really deserve, or 5 stars.
