A TOTAL BAD SERVICE !!! The automatic ticket machine has continuous malfunctions and often does not give change in coins. As if that were not enough at the ticket office it is NOT allowed to make tickets for destinations outside the province (except for the city of Trento) with the result that a person x going to Rovereto has to spend 20 euros because he is forced to buy a second ticket on the train for the part of route exceeding Trento, paying an extra cost. Obviously, this ticket cannot even be purchased online, so the only solution is to pay handsomely! We are in 2019 overcome the provincial parochialism to recover money that we are in Europe! SHAME!!!
