In the first place, besides arrogance, there is mockery. I ordered my pizzas at 20: 10/20: 15 from home I also pay them in advance (maybe this is my biggest mistake, having given them the money before !!!) and their response was "21: 30/21: 45 the pizzas are ready ". In addition to not answering the phone at all, they miraculously answer after half an hour of attempted calls due to the delay to find out how long it took. well here the first mockery has already taken place their words were "we said 22:15 in 10 minutes we start to do them" all this well after 10 pm. After telling them that I gave 10 minutes for the arrival of the pizzas or they came to bring me my money back TWO ARRIVED at the delivery to tell me that not only I showed up at 9.30pm to order when it was 8.40pm / 8.15pm THEY HAVE ALSO CONTINUED THEIR THEATER OF TAKING AROUND! NO EXCUSES, NO REFUNDS OR ANYTHING ELSE BUT REPEATED TAKING AROUND AND USELESS CLAWS! ALSO COLD PIZZAS !!!
I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A NEGATIVE REVIEW IN MY LIFE, I DO THE SAME WORK AND I WISHED THEY HAVE TAKEN ADVICE THAT THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER: THE ANSWER? MORE TAKES AROUND!
