When we return to Erchie for the holidays we cannot do without it; at least a couple of dinners are a must. We tried a little bit of everything from seafood salad, peppered mussels, tuna fillet (super delicious and which I highly recommend), pizzas. Fresh and quality products, cooked very well indeed. Impeccable service. Excellent value for money. If you are on holiday in Salento, go a few more kilometers, move away from the coast and explore the "innermost" countries, if you love to eat well, you will not have a "sea view", but you can enjoy excellent dishes and high quality.

I have never eaten anything other than Chianina, so I cannot rate the pizzas or other dishes (I can only say that the tuna fillet ordered by my wife was very fresh and delicious). It is the second time I go back (no one else has this meat in the area) and, although the type of "cooking" has nothing to do with the traditional Tuscan, meat is something enjoyable and prices are normal. I will try to go back to taste something else, but knowing that they have Chianina I doubt I can do it. We'll see. P.S. Impeccable service.

Exquisite dinner in a splendid location. Superb cuisine and quality products. Thanks to the advice of the very kind Mr. Piero we liked the fried anchovies, the tender octopus in a pinata and the swordfish. Absolutely to try.
