The two managers and owners of the pizzeria are kind and professional. The menu is definitely out of the canonical interpretation of pizza and the results are really appreciable personally among the many pizzas I tasted I prefer the pizza with fresh figs, gorgonzola, radicchio and walnuts which despite the strong flavors is balanced lightly perhaps because of the flours they have rediscovered from the Apulian tradition.

Excellent place to spend an evening in good company. Very nice owners but above all very good at using high quality raw materials (especially the flours used for pizza and puccia).

We ate pizza and side dishes in this place. The portions are generous and the pizza very good. Service fairly fast. The prices are very good and honest. Vintage style room. What can we say we will be back.
