I state that it is the first for me in this place and immediately at the entrance we found ourselves in an atmosphere that recalls the early twentieth century. In the structure you can see that everything has been preserved and renovated as it was inside, doors and floors have remained intact. You can see ancient kitchens, chairs, original period furniture, on the tables tablecloth and linen napkin and you can dine using the family silverware. Particular attention is paid to the relaxation of the guests in fact inside there are no televisions but only books for which people are predisposed to knowledge and chat. Taken as an appetizer an excellent eggplant pie that melted in the mouth. The elegance, courtesy and friendliness of the young lady who welcomed us immediately put us at ease. So much so that he made us visit the structure far and wide just like when you go to visit friends at home on Sunday for lunch. The first we took were sublime, linguine with sea urchins that had something more than those taken in other places. As a second course a fillet that melted in the mouth and a very tasty mixed fry. The cook and the assistant cook were very young. The whole is completed by a vast selection of wines, also with bottles of 2006-2008 vintages of considerable value. On the first floor there are 2 suites of exceptional beauty with an indoor Jacuzzi and an outdoor swimming pool on the exclusive terrace. On the ground floor there are 3 other rooms and a massage and wellness area. Congratulations to the managers.
