If, like me, you hate eating cardboard pizza because it means killing it, then these days you can't not try Carletto's pizza in Altavilla. After 10 minutes on the road, the pizza arrived home in perfect condition from the dough to the ingredients, it was like eating it on the spot as soon as it was baked. I have tried many pizzerias in the area but none are in the least comparable to the one I met and tried yesterday by chance. Big Carletto we will see you often! Fabrizio
