The pizza was very good

Last beach for those who have now reached a certain age and have pleasure in jumping into a dance floor accompanied by dilapidated music. Making this small premise let's talk about the service ... Three waiters, and I say three, for an all too high number of seats. The service suffers, so much so that we waited 4 hours for a pizza (and it is not a hyperbole, it was 4 hours net of waiting). Italian appetizer: they were nothing but cold cuts, mozzarella, vegetables in oil and cheese, extracted from their packaging and thrown on a plate. Not a local cheese, a local cold cut, nothing, it was discount, chewy and tasteless. But let's get to pizza. After four hours, you expect at least one extra good pizza! Macché, super salty and with porcini also tasteless.

A pizza that does justice to the historic Sicilian tradition, a wonderful location surrounded by nature, a large internal and external space, also tested with the new regulations on social distancing. My first pizza after the lockdown, and I can't wait to eat the second one.
