Quiet place, but the information stated on the site is out of date, so there are no activities in this property beyond the pool. The owner of the business is a bit grumpy and tends to treat the staff badly. The rooms and furniture smell of mold and are invaded by ants. The potential is there, but it is poorly managed and left to itself. Poor breakfast and somewhat disappointing food with no choice. The staff, unlike the owner, is friendly and tries to meet the customer's needs.

Unfortunately, my experience was not positive at all. Overall it could also be enough, the location is quiet, the place is nice (although very cute and left untreated). I hope that my few words can be of help to those who are choosing a B & B in Caltanissetta. PERSONNEL The owner is an old person and not open to dialogue. He made so many problems for the time in the evening for the return because the keys of the gate does not give and must be organized with him for everything with him. Overall it is very gruff and will often repeat to be at your service, except to treat you badly if you do not do things as he says (and for heaven's sake it would be right if it were not doing things as he says it also means moving the car 2/3 times). Not infrequently you hear the screams that he throws at the collaborator, always dressed with swear words and blasphemies. He also used strong words against us, telling us that our complaints (concerning some non-functional room services such as the weather and a clogged sink) were "bales" and repeating us to stop repeating them. In short, really rude. The employee instead, although available to the customer, spends his time complaining about his boss with customers making the atmosphere really heavy. In general, an unfamiliar and friendly picture. ROOMS The rooms are almost full of mold (all confirmed by my friends who stayed in the other rooms) and maintenance is minimal. They are located outside the main room (the master's house) and then to go to the breakfast room you have to go outside in the rain or bad weather. RESTAURANT It is dilapidated and consists of a room with a kitchenette that uses the co-worker to prepare food. Good and genuine food (according to their km 0 and I think it's the truth), but in really small quantities and it is not possible to request a menu. Simply you are cooked what the owner wants to eat him for lunch / dinner. Spending 12 euros I ate a poor starter, a plate of pasta and a fruit. Really very much for so little food. Honestly it seemed to me to eat as friends (plastic plates, plastic cutlery, we had to serve themselves) but spending 12 euros each. BREAKFAST ROOM Breakfast will be made in the same room as the restaurant. The owner has repeatedly told us that he would have made us a "rich" breakfast, but in reality you will not receive more than a brioshe, a few slices of biscuit loose (so already open and touched and handled by other people) and a small amount of jam and nutella (always and only if the owner does not forget to do the shopping as happened to us). Again, breakfast depends on the owner and not on your preferences. SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Swimming pool, possibility to use tools given by the owner (hair straightener, iron etc) and internal parking. However, it is not possible to ride horses or use bicycles as the owner no longer has them (contrary to what was said on the site and by telephone). There are no direct connections to the B & B: you will necessarily need a car to reach anything. The nearest town is 2 minutes away by road, while the nearest shopping center / discount is 10/15 minutes away by car. COST Really expensive for what is offered. In addition, the owner is not at all meeting any discounts for disservices depended on him. I put 1 star because I can not put less. It 'really a shame because it could be valued much more, but unfortunately for now at least is not a place that I would recommend to anyone. To be chosen only for cases of serious difficulty and emergency.

Wonderful bed and breakfast surrounded by greenery where you can do various activities..swimming pool..horse ride..bike ride..x nn talk about the breakfast and dinners offered by the truly amazing b & b..excellent homemade food cooked in the way of all genuine and delicious..great variety of food..peaceful and relaxing place to spend days in total relaxation and harmony immersed in the silence of nature and at the same time delighted by the excellent cuisine..cordial hospitality with respect to the customer..clean rooms order equipped with tt the comforts .. I sn there and recommend it to everyone! ;-)
