Very very good
Great grill !!! Staff welcome and polite. Suggestive location at the end of the historic center of Martina Franca, very suggestive the tables outside in the alley. Good food!!! Good house appetizers but with large portions, you run the risk of not eating anything else. Excellent tripe !!! Good mixed grill the bombette is excellent.
The grill may also be among the oldest and most renowned in the area, but the service is absolutely not up to par.
Reservation at 22:00, we are granted a table at 23:00;
After an hour of waiting, it still takes 30 minutes for the water and bread to appear on the table, and another 15 to take the order.
To remain thirsty, and without a loaf of bread at the table, despite the various requests, is nothing short of unprofessional, if not inhumane;
We may have eaten some decent meat, but we don't know it because as a snack at one in the morning, exhausted and without dinner, we certainly didn't enjoy it.
As a butcher they will be the best in the world, but the difficult job of catering does not belong to them.
Maybe in winter with two covers they can manage it.
