1 star just because you can't put ZERO! For the second time, after booking in advance, they arrived at the pizzeria to take the ordered pizzas and they were not ready. The first time, unfortunately, having paid before I had to wait for 45, and I repeat FORTY, five minutes past the booked time! Today I "protected" myself by not paying in advance, and I did well since the pizza was not ready at the time of the withdrawal; after asking uninterruptedly for 20 minutes if there was not much left (without receiving a reply, the people behind the counter pretended to ask the pizza chefs only to take time) I decided to leave. Fortunately, within 1 km there are 3 other quality pizzerias and above all PROFESSIONALISM! From today on I will know very well where to go to get my pizzas! EDIT: since google does not allow further answers I do so. It does not seem to me to have offended anyone with my comment, nor to have said that she uses poor quality products! To say, that for me in the area, there are other pizzerias of quality and professionalism does not mean that I have offended you or your business; then everyone is free to understand what they like. As for yesterday's episode ... I, in the face of repeated teasing, lost all form of education and arrived at what happened; she says that her colleagues have inquired about it asking her personally how long it was, but I saw something else; provided that no one was able to give me an answer.
