For years present during the summer season (in other periods I do not know) the Kalabrillo, the catering van, I have always postponed to go there, even though I have always talked about it very well. A couple of days before mid-August, we were there with my wife, soon enough to not find too many people, and we were literally conquered! Sitting on the Cicerone promenade, the clear and still air, the lights of Sicily, the scents of the kitchen. We were immediately struck by the informal formula, the kindness of the people and the choice to focus on products of Calabrian excellence. For example the Joniko sandwich with tuna, red onion was great! Eat in this atmosphere, appreciate these flavors by combining Calabrian craft beers! FANTASTIC!!!! Congratulations indeed for choosing to enhance the products of this wonderful land.
