Good dining on the island can be counted on top of your right hand. There are very few restaurants which offer honest high quality ingredients and which chefs have the know how of the art of cooking. Opened in the summer of 2018 and after the 3rd season i reconfirm that my dining experience at Formica has been excellent as from day one. Federica and Takata are humble, professional and very friendly keep up with good work, you guys rock!

Very good. In the top 2 of Favignana. Nasello e pomodoro capperi to start, then excellent linguine almonds red shrimp. San Pietro very good but potatoes barely cooked. Good wine list including orange wines.

Highly recommended place in the center of Favignana. If you want to break out of the box, but without overdoing it, finding excellent fresh ingredients, Formica is the right place. The menu mainly offers fish with unconventional combinations, studied and balanced dishes. A real treat. Excellent and complete selection of wines. Prices adapted to the proposal. Reservation recommended.
