Lovely place, fantastic staff and chef. We both had fresh Albacore. The waitress happily explained all the food to me as the menu is in Italian. The wine was fantastic. We chatted with other guests and the staff whilst eating a lovely atmosphere. If I’m Lapari please go and support this new venture.

Passion and attention to detail, from the welcome to the preparation of the dishes, are the characteristics of this restaurant. The owners Salvo, Benedetta and Gabriella are very kind and enthusiastically guide you in the choice of courses. The kitchen offers exquisite fish-based first courses, prepared with traditional Sicilian raw materials of high quality such as "tumminia" wheat linguine with clams with flakes of (real) bottarga or busiate of fresh bronze-drawn pasta with pesto of pistachio, prawns and cuttlefish charcoal. The second courses are not far behind, the tuna in a pistachio crust is delicious. Congratulations to chef Marco. Recommended for anyone who is in Lipari and is looking for a "non-tourist" restaurant where Sicilian cuisine finds the right balance between innovation and tradition.
