Nice place but practically impossible to reach: it is about 2km of completely bumpy road from the Cassia Bis, just inconceivable.

The beauty of the place is tarnished by the inefficiency of inadequate and approximate management. The estate is very beautiful surrounded by greenery and lends itself to events. It consists of an area dedicated to those who use the adventure park and a not very large villa for more structured receptions. Two years ago, using the adventure park and the shed, we organized a birthday for our daughter who turned 10 and overall the organization worked even if the cost was certainly not cheap. On that occasion we got to see the villa appreciating the style and the care of the exterior. This year In February we chose the estate to celebrate my daughter's communion. Unfortunately, however, we must note that the ability to communicate and pay attention to the customer greatly downgrades our judgment to one star despite what I wrote shortly before. The lack of clarity and excessive attention to her own interests on the part of the owner has irreparably damaged the relationship. A few days after the event, a misunderstanding about the number of guests was created, in fact, despite having given us the opportunity to confirm the number of guests a few days before the event, it demanded payment of the number initially assumed without keeping account of our communication, made 4 days earlier, which reduced the number of participants by 10. Given the controversy that arose, the unsatisfied property demanded an additional deposit to reach 50% of the total cost, no longer having faith in us. Apart from the economic aspect and the reasons that generated the misunderstanding, the method of communication was the thing that bothered us most. To be honest, we must say that the waiter service (outside the structure) was good but we confirm that as reported by other reviews, the food was not up to the cost and expectations. We would like to clarify that we write this review after having respected all our due and undue commitments but we believe it is right to testify our experience. We are very sorry that a place with huge potential is lost due to inadequate management. If you think you have the villa exclusively, because no one will tell you otherwise, know that as happened to us after giving the deposit you will find that you will be forced to share it with others. Finally, we advise anyone who falls in love with the location to agree on every detail in writing so as not to run into unpleasant surprises.

Yesterday we organized a corporate event that was a success, thanks above all to Antonella and her husband who proposed and supported many different activities for adults and children in great detail. Great food of good quality and abundant, the presentation of the buffet is beautiful to see and taste. The place is wonderful, clean, tidy and immense. Thank you so much for transforming a day that not everyone wanted to participate in, on a day when nobody wanted to leave anymore. Highly recommended for organizing events, ceremonies and birthdays or simply to spend a different day than usual.
