Nice place in the square in Diano, good concept of a kitchen a little revisited with young staff. The location is well cared for internally and with tables outside that overlook the square. The reduced but complete menu offers reinterpretations of local cuisine with a modern tone. The tartufo with discreet black truffle, darkens the meat the truffle without art in it, egg cooked at a slow temperature and fondue see above. Semifreddo ok too. Impeccable service. Missing a boost in the menu, maybe try the fish.

Idyllic experience, excellent cuisine and excellent quality, I tried an exceptional fish gazpacho, leaving the traditional local cuisine, although well proposed, I opted for fish and I must say that the quality has positively impressed me. The excellent quality wine accompanied a truly delicious lunch. I recommend you try the sparkling Nebbiolo rose '.... Exceptional

The restaurant is spectacular on a central and lively square in Alba. The dishes are excellent, the staff polite and well prepared. The owner is very kind and very nice. I will go back whenever I can. Thanks for the nice evening.

Ordered a takeaway dinner for family birthday, all delicious and plentiful, each course was paired with its sauce, great service. Special vegetable couscous with prawns and scallops.
