Best modern restaurant in Alba! Interesting new interpretation of Piemonte cuccina. Friendly service and nice atmosphere.

We went out for dinner and thought we would visit a good eating place. We were early evening and were the only customers altogether. Inside, everything looks attractive with modern accessories and everything also looks hygienic. We opted for a 4-course menu of 40 euros. For this money you can expect a well-prepared meal. First we got a delicious amuse-bouche in which various flavors were brought together well. There was also a very extensive wine list. However, when asked which wine went well with it, "red" was the only answer we got. We couldn't blame her, but it would have been helpful to know which strain would go with it. Then the corridors began. If you want to live without any kind of vegetables, this is the place to be. First we got a large hunk of tartare in cheese sauce. This was it. No other flavors and no explanation. It was put on our table and the waiters walked away without explaining anything. After the plates were off the table, the next course was on the table within a few minutes. Course 2 was a ravioli filled with meat and a dressing on top. This too was put on our table without explanation. When I asked what was in it the answer was: meat. Again, we couldn't blame her. Unfortunately, it also only tasted like pure dry meat and was a monotonous intention. Course 3 (of the photo) was a piece of red meat with a deep fried layer of breadcrumbs around it with a tuna sauce. The ministry did exactly the same. The meat was very tough and sometimes looked like chewing gum. I asked for salt and pepper myself to spice it up a bit. This also given back to the ministry at the end of this corridor. There were no apologies or other answers. Course 4 was a delicious dessert. Within an hour we were outside again because it was almost impossible to eat at the serving pace. We probably would have dined more extensively for the Mac Donald. Price-quality ratio is not good. Unfortunately, we contracted both stomach flu from this food. This normally never happens to us. Once outside we saw that every eatery had several customers, this restaurant was still empty ... They will not see us again.

Also liked live. We met him in the lock down period, thanks to their home deliveries that saved us from boredom. Modern and welcoming place, with attention to detail. We did one of their menus, really great. Langa fusion cuisine. I love the Langa Tacos. Perfect service. I highly recommend.

Surprise dinner for my birthday! Small but very welcoming place. Warm atmosphere with precise lighting and a pleasant presence of well-kept plants. Courteous and discreet but impeccable service. Interesting cuisine with a fusion reinterpretation of the typical Langhe menus.
