Costomer service is good

OMG....a very horrible one. There is no at the information desk to provide instruction on where to go. Person gone for lunch while everyone sit and wait, curse and wait, etc. If persons have to do lunch everyone cannot go at the same time. In addition, the process at the tax office needs to be review thoroughly and revamps. That is just a tip of my review based on my experience and there are many more things they need to change. With that said you score is no star for me but i can't post without a star. smh

VERY VERY poor customer service, especially from Tamieka Davis from the section that is responsible for the processing of TRN. The personnels in this section, with the exception of Kadian Bailey, have no or very little regards for the customers that they are there to serve. They converse with each other, while the que gets longer and then adresses you in a tone that states " How dear you interrupt us", if you ever make an attempt to get their attention. They speak to you, as if you should already know the answer to the question (s) that you are asking, you were not to ask the question in the first please, or you are stupid and lack the brain power to think and or comprehen simple tasks. They behave as if you are an interruption of their work and not the reason for it. If it was possible not to give them a star, they would not have received one.
