My only interaction with this place of business was via telephone, and that experience has deterred me from conducting any business with them. I called the pharmacy to enquire if they carried ketoconazole shampoo, the person on the line said yes and noted that it cost $800. The price was lower that I was accustomed to so I proceeded to ask the size. Response: "How you mean what size?" and hung up. I called again and expressed my dissatisfaction about my last exchange, this time to someone else, who let me know I had to be transferred. The call was transferred to who I believe is the pharmacist, the person from the first call. I made my queries as before. Her tone started to get aggressive. "It's one tablet and it's $800." But I asked about a shampoo not tablets. "It's $1600 for 120ml." Hung up All of this could have been resolved from the first call had she exercise basic listening skills. I am absolutely disgusted by the continued lack of customer service training across Jamaica. You depend on our business to stay afloat!
