Fontana Pharmacy Montego Bay

Bad, I bought a Betty Crocker Frying Pan. Tried to take it back with the receipt today and because I did not have the wrapper for it they said they could not take it back. Anyway the reason for taking it back was, when you put it on your stove it would not sit even, they found that the bottom of it was uneven and they told me that it would correct its self when you got to use it. That to me or any cook is a load of rubbish. The staff where not very helpful, so it has put me of purchasing anything else in the Fairview Store. The reason I did not have the wrapper for it, is because when I bought it home and washed it and went to use it 2 - 3 days later, so please tell me who keeps the wrapper of a FRYING PAN.
