Process was simple. Walk in and you will be out in less than 10mins depending kn,how many persons ahead of you. Make sure you have all supporting documents and there will be no problem. Also, you will have Jamaican staff dealing with Jamaicans and Chinese staff dealing with Chinese, so you can get any additional info quite easily if you don't understand Mandarin. Learn a few words though, it will help you a far way
