The SOV Resorts

Pros: The SOV resort was good! i enjoyed my valentines weekend with my friends and i, it was 6 of us. Property was fairly clean. Con: The customer service could've been way better. If they work on that part that hotel will be 100%.

The place was quiet, the sponge (bed) was soft, I was supposed to get a welcome drink but I did not. I had to tell one of the staff that I was supposed to get breakfast. I was not pleased. The only reason I didn't give it a 1 star, is because the gentleman that made me breakfast was not the chef and he was helpful. Thank you Sir

The place is quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is huge and had plenty of space for multiple groups. The restaurant and bar is finally open so good drinks and great food is available. But the best part is the large television in the comfortable room.

The staff was friendly. Its evident that they are in the process of renovating so everything wasn't as expected, but they Overall, an okay stay. I look forward to going back when they've fully renovated the place.

Quiet place, pool need cleaning, too much bugs. Nice view of the water
