Mangos Jamaica

The service can me improved much; I see the staff tried to make our stay relaxing but they needed management to have other things in place to complete it. Very beautiful place though, they just need to get the service aspect right.

It's ok. Needs improvement but the food is great. Staff is friendly. Great location for relaxation. Writers will enjoy the peacefulness this place provides

Great staff, clean rooms and great location; however, the physical plant needs care. Buildings need a new coat of paint, landscaping needs attention, etc. Not a great variety of food choices. I would recommend this place, and I would definitely visit again, but don't expect the same variety and standards if food and entertainment like the larger hotel chains. Great for rest and relaxation.

The lone star I have given Mangos Resort is because of the staff who try their best to make a bad situation better. This property has so much potential but it's clearly not being managed properly. For a resort built in 2016 you can see that there has been little to no upkeep. The pool is murky, the hot tubs were nonfunctional. There wasn't even music playing around the pool. My friend got sick on lunch and the food quality and choices were poor. Don't even get me started on the rooms. So we were downstairs and could hear every comment, foot step and bed creak of the couple upstairs....really not cool. Mangos need more time to ripe.

The staff was the only good thing about the trip. There was no form of all inclusive experience. I had to check out early because for two mornings i had to go without breakfast n there was no other food available on property at that time. Sigh.
