A package was received at the post office for me since Aug. 12, 2019. I am still not able to collect same. All this back and fort (since Aug. 20th) to collect a certificate. The Central Sorting Office has indicated that the package was sent to the HWT location. Up to now...at 5pm I am still unable to collect. This is the worst service I have ever received from a government office. Please implement corrective measures to rectify this situation.

Serving the nation from one generation to the next. The Post Office is centrally located and remains a favorite locus for sending and receiving mails. You can tell when it is 8:00 clock you can guarantee they open on time.

I always get my packages on time, with polite staff. The facility just needs renovation and service could be a little more tech-friendly.

The few times I used this post office has not been a bad experience. Parking is a challenge, especially when the taxi drivers park at the front.
