This is the worst company to do business. A friend recommended them to me so I tried. They collected the barrel on September 11, 2020 and December 4, 2020 it is still not available for collection. I made numerous calls and many went unanswered and when they do answer its the same sorry about the hurricane. I sent another from the same state with another shipping company in the last week in September and received it in October. I am so frustrated. I will NEVER do business with Laparkan again. No professionalism and poor service!!!!!!

Customer service is very poor the worst shipping company ever they don't answer the phone and if they do as soon as you start to talk and they realize what you're asking about they hang up and take the phone off the hook long waiting for my goods I have waited a month for my stuff and still waiting

Poor customer service miss things from my shipment that i have to pay 6thousands dollars for the extra

December is a bad time to ship anything. The hold up is m a inly at the wharf in jamaica. Tracked my December shipment. It took 6 days to arrive but sat on the wharf for approximately 3 weeks. My current shipment took 5 days (February ) Laparkan has already called me to pick up. I'm satisfied with this service.
