Custom offers were a little too slow for me and did not care what the customers think. I had to ask the security officer if everyone was on lunch at the same time. Still a cant used a bad experience that I received from a few to justify all.

The place is very nice and comfortable to transact business. Staff are friendly and helpful, but you literally have to be there for a minimum 4 hours or more to get your business done. This is a real bummer! Nothing should take that long, only sleep!

Due to Covid the method of retrieving your cargo/shipment is way better. Faster & little time spent on each process...Keep it up!!!

The service here is mostly professional. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, they've adjusted their processes. You're now required to make an appointment through your shipper when they call you regarding your shipment. However, the process at TLF is relatively smooth and somewhat quick. Certainly speedier than back then when it was an all-day proposition. It's also much safer as it regards getting everything that was shipped. Cameras everywhere and tipping is NOT allowed. The one MAJOR CON however, is still the DUTIES Customs charge. The Government is short-sighted as it regards Customs Duties. They could be making so much more money from imports if the rates weren't so prohibitive.

If you have somewhere to go? Don't go there. If you have to carry a picnic basket and prepare to spend the whole day!!!
