Dealt with Laparkan in the pass and was easy to dealt with. This time around is not even a fraction of my past experience. They dont answer phone. They delay your shipment for a 3 weeks before sending it off. Do better

Very poor customer service they been holding on to items that i ship to my cousin two months now in Montego Bay Jamaica and everytime you call you dont get anywhere and the person they have in the front name Fay has no respect and she is rude, need to be taught to deal with customers.

The worst shipping experience ever. I would not recommend anyone to ship with this company. First off, they try to rip you off in so many ways. They picked my barrel up with my correct information name spelling and all, when called to pick my barrel up in montego bay, the paper works I recieved had my name misspelled and also the senders name. Only so they can charge you more money to have the document changed. Secondly it took almost up to eight weeks for me to recieve a call from the office that the container was ready, now you tell me how is it on me to pay a late fee on something I didn't even receive a call was ready until a few days ago? TOTAL RIP OFF!! WORST SHIPPING COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.........

Customer friendly and we recieved our goods on time, no hesitation. Reccomend to use best by far
