I called all the way from Florida and you all were able to assist in a timely manner. I appreciate you all very much. Customer service transformation was how the customer beamed with the delight as she shared her experience having today visited this 'stand out' Station to lodge a report. The Officers she exclaimed must be under serious training. The service was sweet and beautiful to behold. The chorus of Good Morning! Please have a seat! Escorted to an area to have the Report taken and the comforting words offered on leaving. On behalf of the Customer we say Thank You Officers. Thank you Matildas Corner Station. You are shinning bright. The Nation's Eyes are fixed on you. We want your Station to be a model to pattern.

Desperately trying to make contact with Sergeant Coley of the Matilda's Corner Police Station re an erroneous motor vehicle accident report which is preventing my family from collecting money owed to us by the insurance company.

I am still amazed. As a female, living on a premises that recently had an incident of someone trying to rob the complex, I had the unfortunate luck of being locked out. Went to the police station to request assistance, the police officer point blank said he would not help- to remove any lock or anything of the sort. Only the elder police officer tried to help. I am still amazed. The two young officers sat on their phone and simply found it comical. Having gotten their response: - stunned, speechless, I politely said good night. Wow. Wow. A really so the system set up now? Added detail: The occured on the night shift ( approximately:15pm) on Thursday, April 11, 2019. Wow. Just wow.

WORST MOST USELESS SET OF OFFICERS ON THE ISLAND. If you ever need assistance in an emergency you have a better chance making a deal with the devil to save ur life. The station is centered around pride and personal perference and nepotism. It would be doing the nation a great service to fire Particularly Detective Mathews and Sargent Coley. Complete Imbiciles.
