The truth I wasn't impressed with the service received from the optician. The CSR at the branch was pretty good in attending to my needs. I must add that I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them.

The best place ever! The doctors are always so nice and professional. The staff at the optical dispensary are so well educated about their job, they really know what they're doing and make the whole process so simple. Customer service iss top notch, they really make u feel good to be their customer. Not to mention the most stylish glasses and they have so many options for affordable eyewear. My glasses never stop get compliments on the road, cant walk and somebody nuh say them look good. Love!

They offer great services and eye care solutions. Need to brush up on the customer service over the phone though. Great non the less.

The branch in Black River is the worst place to do business. I have been getting the run around for three (3) weeks now in relation to picking up my glasses that I've paid for. Customer service is non existing. I am extremely disappointed with the service given and will be discouraging friends and family members if they plan to use your Service. I will never use your service again!!
