Waste of time cant get through to anyone and then they disconnect the call on you. Unprofessional and slow

I can never get through to anyone, lots of noise in my ears and I'm super annoyed everytime I'm told you're 2nd in line then first then third. I have never called and the phone rang always on hold for minutes Just doesn't make sense the service needs to improve

In branch customer service is very very slow. Like molasses slow. Ive been next in line for almost an hour. Unacceptable.
