I never had a problem with the money gram at market street montego bay. The customer service is always great

They treat you as if you're a criminal. Worst customer service ever. I don't see the point of money gram if you cant even collect your money...

Lasco money at bay west the teller wrongfully judged me and withheld my money frm me while giving me vague excuses that i clearly saw thru i dont even know her name she didnt have a name tag which is also wrong...i am not a scammer u cant just assume someones involved in illeagal activities that is text book profiling and thats wrong 2 do...needed that money for my uncles medication....smh that person needs 2 be fired judging people based on looks....smh what has jamaica gone 2 holding people down and expect u 2 not feel angry.....

Worst customer service @whitter village ironshore the older lady is very arrogant and disgrace the service brand.

Very poor customer service.This remittance service should shut down.
