Seaboard Warehouse

My gosh! How long must one wait for a warehouse worker to find a pallet with a box that is properly labeled? I arrived at the facilty around 10:00 a.m. And here I am 4 hours later still waiting for them to find my box. This is awful. Totally lacking in customer service. Zero star would have been too generous even though it is not an option. And who is this one guy walking around and not wearing either a customs uniform, security uniform or seaboard uniform? He is collecting papers and getting people who came after others serviced. Corruption???
