Service is great. This would be a five star if it was worth it. The internet can't handle anything its terrible and the WiFi speed its garbage

Called in long distance and it took me 20 mins to get thru to a Rep just to tell me there not servicing my area. I am so confused how Jamaica businesses is not yet clear that the internet has now become 2nd to water now!!! Flow is a nightmare and so far I see NO competition trying to atleast COMPETE!!!! smh... thank God I try to always have a plan B,C and D when it comes to my business needs in Jamaica... NEW UPDATE!!!! 📢 ALERT!!!!!!*** I am so happy to say that after feeling so depressed that I would not get any internet. The Owner reached out to me personally and was able to figure out how SIR TECH can provide my family and I with service ASAP! He also said he agreed with me that the internet is almost next to water and everyone in JA should be with service!, I thank you so much for going above and beyond to prove that there are business's in JA who plan to stay forever and truly believe that Customers come 1st! I wish SIRTECH continued success and feel proud to call my self a new SIRTECH customer!!!!!! Cheers...

For a small business, I am impressed! From the moment the first technician came allllll the way to my home in the back of the bushes (lol) to check if the service could work, the receptionist assisting with my application, to when the team came to do the installation, the follow up and communication has been on point. My queries and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The internet is working and the range is quite good! The level of service extended has been above average, I urge you all to keep it up, this is very positive. I would definitely recommend your services without a doubt to the public.
