How is that you charge me $40,000 JMD for a personal item ? I was travelling from the US with my Drone which is clearly a used Drone, was sent to declaration line by a rude female even though I stated I have nothing to declare. I spent hours back and forth until I was charged $40,000 JMD for nothing. Your corporation is no different from gangs and criminals.
My experience has been so disheartening and Distasteful to point where it left me frustrated and no interest of doing business. When people are spending their hard earned money, be upfront with the procedure and total cost. Ended up spending more than what the item initially on clearing the package alone. Literally resorted to spending my last just to clear a package that didn’t weigh half of a 1lb. Regret my decision to use this route.
These people do not respect property. If something is a bag, place it back in the bag. Do not dig it up tear the bag and then tell people you are not responsible for putting it back together...come on
