The representative Ms Taylor was patient and she explained everything regarding death certificate and burial order with clarity. Though it is a moment of bereavement she made the process less arduous with her patience and explanation. The process in Jamaica to bury the dead is long., too many places to visit. Some folks are just nonchalant when you have other things to do.

I appreciate the way they queue customers and adhere to the covid-19 protocols.

I definitely have to give the Registrar their props. I received my documents in 7-10 business days, as promised, and I'm overseas. My experience was great! I especially want to thank Donniel Grant and Stacy-Ann Clarke for responding to my questions and concerns promptly, and for also keeping me up-to-date and informed. Mad props to the Registrar.
