Police Records Office AFIS

The staff here really did surprised me when I called. The level of customer service is not what most of us have experienced at most government agencies, especially DET. SGNT BAILEY-BROOKS was EXTREMELY courteous and helpful over the phone the rest of the staff were equally helpful in their respective departments and roles . You don't always see people give credit where it's due especially with police officers but they are some really hard working police officers out there and these set of officers deserve to be highlighted!

It's the worst place to call. Nobody answers, just ring, ring, ring. The person that work there are also unprofessional.

If zero star was a possibility i would give it. I have been calling for 2 weeks at least 8 times per day and no matter what time I call the phone NEVER gets answered.

Workers are very disrespectful, I'll never do business at that location again. Jamaica seems to have the worst customer service. Workers need to be trained on how to deal with the public in a professional and respectful manner. It's only because I know better why I didn't return the same treatment I received.

I'm living in Mandeville and it's difficult to take a taxi to know if the office is open for business and to answer any questions. These persons never answer the phone. I have been calling and no answer. I can't afford to waste my time and money.
