I closed my restaurant on March 18th.2020 due the corona 19 virus. I receive a bill for March-April that was same amount as the previous month $26,000(when i open).I went to the St. Ann's Bay to vioce my concern that they could NOT be reading the meter. I was told by the CC rep. Mr. Brown( professional). He would have someone visit the restaurant in my presence to take a reading within next 30 days as i requested. Also i was to on account,we aggred on $10,000.00. Which i paid before leaving the office same day...On May 19th i got a call from property security that JPS came out disconnected my light. Not a call from them to meet at the meter room as promised by them. Freezer and fridge full of supplies, spoiled had to be thrown out...they disconnected in the evening after they had closed the Customer Service area. Got on phone worst customer service.... If i go out of business 8 people loose their work... Just so that can get a plaque as collection super stars... I have worked hard for business and employees. Can't give it away.

Mr micheal the customer service rep. was very professional and helpful and the ambiance of the environment is much better than before.
